Standard merchandise
Unless a product page states otherwise, unused and unworn standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags, documentation, accessories, and packaging. Nonreturnable items
- Custom, engraved, personalized, resized, commissioned, or made-to-order products after customer approval or production has begun, except where defective, damaged, or materially inconsistent with the approved order.
- Gift cards, downloadable products, memberships, event tickets, clearance or final-sale merchandise when clearly marked, and products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons after opening.
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, improper care, or ordinary wear.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping for discretionary returns. Use a trackable, adequately insured method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. If we sent the wrong item or the product arrived defective or damaged, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where required.
Inspection and refunds
After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will notify you whether it was approved. Custom jewelry and sizing
Ring sizing is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. Because fit may vary by width and design, we strongly recommend professional sizing before ordering. Resizing feasibility and cost depend on the design, metal, stone setting, engraving, and requested change. Any approved remake or resize will be quoted separately unless the item was produced in a size different from the confirmed order.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Standard orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins. Custom or made-to-order work may become noncancelable once design, materials purchasing, engraving, production, or other committed work begins. Any nonrefundable deposit or incurred charge will be disclosed in the applicable quote or order terms.
