These Membership Terms apply to Ash Knuckles membership in addition to the general Terms and Conditions and Community Rules.
Eligibility and approval
Membership is limited to individuals age 21 or older. Applications may be reviewed for fit with the club’s purpose and standards. We may approve, decline, waitlist, suspend, or terminate membership on a lawful, nondiscriminatory basis, including for safety, fraud, misconduct, nonpayment, or material violations of club rules.
Membership levels and benefits
Available levels, prices, billing periods, and benefits are described on the Join page at the time of enrollment. Benefits may include community access, events, member merchandise, private releases, discounts, or other features. Benefits may evolve; material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable.
Fees, renewal, and cancellation
If a membership renews automatically, the price, billing frequency, renewal date, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Conduct and community participation
Members must follow the Community Rules, respect privacy and intellectual property, avoid unlawful transactions, and refrain from harassment, threats, discrimination, dangerous conduct, or behavior that materially disrupts the community. Membership does not guarantee agreement, friendship, access to every event, or availability of limited products.
Events and personal responsibility
Participation in optional in-person or virtual events is voluntary. Members are responsible for their own transportation, consumption decisions, health, safety, and compliance with venue rules and law. Never drive impaired. Event-specific terms, waivers, age checks, tickets, or capacity limits may apply.
Suspension and termination
We may investigate reported conduct and take proportionate action, including warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension, or termination. Serious safety threats, unlawful activity, fraud, or repeated violations may result in immediate termination. Where appropriate, members may contact [CONTACT EMAIL] to request review of a decision.
No ownership or agency
Membership does not provide ownership, voting, partnership, employment, franchise, or agency rights in Ash Knuckles unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise. Members may not represent that they speak for or bind Ash Knuckles.
